Every strength brings in its wake a corresponding weakness. And every weakness is compensated by a corresponding strength. The Third Millennium is too young to speculate, much less forecast, how it would look like. Only prophets can do that … and sparingly. Everything is up in the air. My best guess is that whichever country can exercise chivalric virtues or apply the principle of jin in international affairs will have an excellent chance of becoming the global leader.
